If you have clients keen to take it easy and enjoy a combination of the Hill Country and the coast, this is the ideal go-slow journey. In the hills, activities such as remote walks, hilltop picnics and spectacular scenery come as standard, as do visits to tea factories to learn about the centuries-old art of tea production. Castlereagh Reservoir is picturesque and as well as wandering trails through tea estates, guests can also enjoy scenic boat trips. This journey could be done by sea plane or by road, or a combination of the two. Flights travel between Colombo and Castlereagh Reservoir, and from Castlereagh Reservoir to Koggala, near Galle.
