IMPORTANT:

To claim the above offers/upgrades please e-mail Eleanor with a copy of the itinerary you are confirming. Once we have confirmed your itinerary is entirely based around SLC hotels (exceptions: in certain cases, such as a Sri Lanka Collection hotel is not available or a hotel on the East Coast is included, we will be flexible if there’s a combination of ten nights or more with SLC hotels and at least 3 different SLC hotels included in the itinerary), we will then reply to you and your DMC to confirm that the clients are eligible for these offers. We will also copy in the relevant hotels so they are notified in advance of your clients’ arrival.
